The life span of a human being sanctioned by god is 120 Years and 5 days.A Person can live this full life peacefully and without any diseases if he daily does two things:
1) He should spend 30 minutes for physical exercises(External yoga) and
2) 30 Minutes for breathing techniques and meditation(Internal Yoga
